If you want to make your own shiny cake here's a Mirror Glaze icing recipe in oz.
RECIPE For 6" cake you will need:
2 tsp Gelatin
1/4 cup Water
3.5 oz White Chocolate
2.5 oz Condensed Milk
3.5 oz Sugar
3.5 oz Corn Syrup
1/4 cup Water

You have 1/4 cup water listed twice, so does it take a half cup or 1/4 cup?
